Appointments & Scheduling

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment by calling our office at (480) 892-3880. For well-child visits and sports physicals, press extension 3. For sick visits and other appointments, press extension 1. You can also message us through the patient portal.

Do you offer same-day appointments for sick children?

Yes! We reserve time each day for sick visits. If your child is ill, please call us first thing in the morning and we will do our best to see them the same day.

What should I bring to my child's appointment?

Please bring your insurance card, photo ID, any completed patient forms, your child's immunization records (if a new patient), and a list of any medications your child is currently taking.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer that time slot to another family. Repeated no-shows may result in dismissal from the practice.

New Patients

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, we are always welcoming new patients to our practice! We accept patients from birth through age 21. Call us at (480) 892-3880 to schedule your first appointment.

Before your first visit, please complete the new patient forms available on our website or arrive 15 minutes early to complete them in the office. Bring your insurance card, photo ID, and your child's immunization records from their previous provider.

Can I meet the doctor before choosing a pediatrician?

We offer prenatal consultations for expecting parents who want to meet our doctors and learn about our practice before their baby arrives. Call us to schedule a meet-and-greet appointment.
